cases in virtually every area of litigation, including 70+ cases involving
police engagement i.e., Shootings, SWAT Raid, In Custody and Pursuits, other
Use of Force where litigation or a crime was being investigated. He has a
broad range of experience including; police shootings, crime scene models,
bullet trajectory illustrations, asphyxia deaths, police pursuit
re-enactments, general graphic design for medical malpractice defense and
plaintiff, product liability, environmental and general tort litigation.

Former Technology Chair member for the Association of
Paralegals, non-voting member of The Cleveland Bar Association, member of
American Society of Trial Consultants, member of The Demonstrative Evidence
Specialists group, certified CLE presenter in Ohio, Texas, Florida,
California, and Illinois. Presentations include: municipal liability,
