Det. Joseph E. Holmes
Joseph Holmes served with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for 24 years (1973-2004). During his tenure with LASD, Joe served 12 years as a street gang investigator, where he investigated over 2,000 street gang cases.
Mr. Holmes served another 12 years as a homicide investigator. In that capacity, Joe was called upon to investigate over 30 officer-involved shooting cases. In total, Joe Holmes has been called to offer courtroom testimony in over 500 gang & homicide related cases.
