Fee Schedule for Professional Services

All amounts are in addition to expenses

Training

Pricing includes research, session(s) development, materials and written abstract of key dialogue during session(s) when applicable.

One day

$2,500 (Up to 20 participants.  $130 for each additional participant)

Modules (more than one day)

$2,000 (Up to 20 participants.  $110 for each additional participant)

Half day

$1,500 (Up to 20 participants.  $80 for each additional participant)

Travel

Ground: No charge for travel within a 70 mile radius of Monroe, Michigan.  $350 per day travel time outside the 70 mile radius.  Air: Business class.  Travel time is $500 per day.  Accommodations: Lodging paid for in advance; meals will be expensed.

Invoicing for Training

Non-refundable retainer is 65 percent of the course fee.  This amount will be credited toward the sum total.  Session(s) balance is payable within 30 days from the last day of the training course(s).  An outstanding balance of more than forty-five (45) calendar days will reflect a $50 administration fee each month thereafter.  

Consulting

First phone consultation …………………….…..Free

Site visit/meetings/conference calls…………..…$150 per hour. 

Travel

Ground: No charge within a 70 mile radius of Monroe, Michigan.  $350 per day  travel time outside the 70 mile radius.  When multiple site visits (outside 70 mile radius) are required within one day and it requires more than one [1] hour travel between locations, travel will be invoiced at $350 plus $150 for each additional site visit.  Air: Business class. Travel time is $500 per day.  Accommodations: Lodging paid for in advance; meals will be expensed.

Invoicing for Consulting Services

Retainer is non-refundable and will be calculated at 65 percent estimated total consulting hours.  Retainer will be credited toward the sum total of services provided.  It will be payable within 30 days of the last day of the consultation service.  An outstanding balance of more than forty-five (45) calendar days will reflect a $50 administration fee each month thereafter.  

Summary Reports, Research, Studies  -- $150 per hour

(This is not applicable to training sessions).
