Daniel T. Chlebos, MS
Dan Chlebos has a distinguished background in personal and
organizational development, education and criminal justice. He holds an
Associate Degree in Business Management and an undergraduate degree in
Human Resource Administration. He received his Masters from the
University of Wisconsin-Platteville in Criminal Justice. He continues to
serve UWP as a member of the Advisory Board representing the Criminal
Justice Distance Learning program. Dan also received his certification
as a Public Administrator from the University of Wisconsin
Extension-Milwaukee.
Mr. Chlebos accumulated over a dozen years police experience serving his
community as a Lieutenant and Acting Chief. He is an active member of
the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA).
Mr. Chlebos’ contributions extend to several colleges and private
businesses where he is an instructor/consultant in problem-solving,
communication tactics, collaborative team building, positive
negotiations, process redesign, personal skills development and much
more. Additionally, Mr. Chlebos provides a host of consultative
services to attorneys while also providing training in various
disciplines to police and security agencies. Mr. Chlebos was also
recruited by a recognized television production company to be their
production consultant for an upcoming police program.
Over the years Dan has remained active in his community by participating
as a school board member, writing a monthly article for the local
newspaper, President of New Beginnings Mercy House, NCAA baseball
umpire, member of the Executive Board of Directors for an alcohol and
substance abuse center and engages with the Downtown Business
Development Network.
